Light Therapy Box - Daylight Full Spectrum Light Therapy
Light therapy using full Spectrum light with at least 10,000 LUX is recommended for the most effective treatment of seasonal affective disorder (SAD). If the light is 5,000 LUX, the recommended amount of time you should use it increases to get the full benefit needed to treat SAD. These full spectrum lights are often referred to as Daylight light therapy.
