Light Therapy Box - Travelite SAD Light Therapy

TRAVelite is small and compact measuring only 10 x 12 inches. To get the full 10,000 LUX bright light therapy for seasonal affective disorder (SAD), it's recommended that the TRAVlite be used twice a day for 30 minutes each time.  Light should be placed approximately 18 inches away.
